We all know the feeling of being so rushed that you can’t seem to find the calmth in your life. Usually it’s stress that causes this state and no matter how hard you try, you can’t shake this feeling of flying and running through your life. We keep pushing the throttle until our nervous system peaks and we start to experience more stress, fatigue, bad sleep,lack of focus and so on. The only thing you are looking for is being a little more at ease. The good thing is: we are here to help you with that. In this workshop we’ll give you both the scientific knowledge and practical tips about your nervous system and how to calm it down.

We are constantly thinking. It's something we do unconsciously. But, our thoughts can influence our day roughly in a good or bad way. Sometimes we overthink and sometimes it feels like we don't think at all. But what if you can influence your thoughts and use their power to your advantage? During this workshop you learn how to recognize your thoughts and to use them to become a better version of yourself. Because your thoughts can be extremely powerful.
